Thank you for allowing Amelia's Best Comfort Solutions to perform the maintenance and service on the conditioned air system of your home.

  • No Diagnostic Fees

    No diagnostic fees should you ever have a problem (During normal business hours)

  • Inspections

    2 Top to Bottom Inspections for the covered system.

  • Filter Replacement

    Standard Size 1" Pleated Filter Replacement (if needed). Non-standard sizes and high efficiency media filters are an additional cost.

  • Flush & Inspect

    Flush and inspect the primary drain system and water safety components for proper operation.

  • System Cleaning

    One outdoor chemical-free cleaning of condenser or heat pump to ensure its ability to be as efficient as possible.

  • Discounts!

    Receive 5% discount on all recommended services

  • Priority Service

    Skip the line and receive PRIORITY SERVICE should you ever have a system failure.

  • Emergency Service

    24 Hour Emergency Service Available at Normal Business Hour Rates Emergency is defined as: No working ac within dwelling and indoor temps above 78ºF, water leaking within conditioned space, no working heating system with indoor temps below 68ºF, system installed within 30 Days not functioning.

MAINTENANCE PLAN

Thank you for allowing Amelia's Best Comfort Solutions to perform the maintenance and service on the conditioned air system of your business. Our maintenance membership plan for one (1) system(s) includes the following services:

  • No Diagnostic Fees

    No diagnostic fees should you ever have a problem for each covered system (During normal business hours)

  • Repairs

    No charge for "no parts required" repairs, including wiring, clogged drains, tripped circuit breakers, etc.

  • Inspections

    2 Top to Bottom Inspections for the covered system. Spring and Fall visits

  • Filter Replacement

    Standard Size 1" Pleated Filter Quarterly Replacement (2" Filters, Multiple Filters or Specialty Filters additional)

  • Indoor Cleaning

    Clean indoor registers and grilles as needed(one per year).

  • Flush & Inspect

    Flush and inspect the primary drain system and water safety components for proper operation.

  • System Cleaning

    One outdoor chemical-free cleaning of condenser or heat pump to ensure its ability to be as efficient as possible.
